In Term 2, students from Year 7 to Year 9 were given a variety of opportunities to be involved in Service and Action activities. As IB learners, students strive to be caring members of the community and act to make a positive difference to the lives of others and the environment.

One of the activities offered to the students was 'Succulent Propagation'. Through the ‘Succulent Propagation’ project, the students undertake new challenges that help them to develop new skills and learn to work collaboratively with others. By acquiring the new skills, students can propagate their own succulent plants for charity purposes where they can donate or sell the plants.
